Once you know your way around a foothold, La Liberté Nord-Sud offers courses for climbers transitioning to the great outdoors. If you’re looking for more variety, Parc régional de Val-David-Val-Morin (Dufresne sector) has routes and boulders for all skill levels, with top roping, lead climbing and traditional climbing on offer. Think you’ve seen it all? Parc régional du Poisson Blanc has an impressive range of rock walls to climb, most of which are only accessible by boat! To your ropes, chalk, climb!
Fun in the Treetops
For a thrilling day in the Laurentian forest, look up! Don’t wait to try Sommet Morin Heights Acro-Nature for an unforgettable experience over 8 aerial courses. Athletes will love the Ultimate Zone, which has four circuits packed with stations and ziplines. The soon-to-open Treetop Walk Laurentides in Mont-Blanc (Saint-Faustin–Lac-Carré) is a nearly 1 km footbridge through the forest that culminates in a 40 m observation tower.
