Come and skate with your family at the region’s parks, trails, and ice loops. Introduce your children to a new sport they might love. Some skating centres even offer the possibility of skating at night for a one-of-a-kind experience as soon as night falls.

Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing fun in the forest!

Cross-country ski or snowshoe through maintained trails in the parks and admire the snowy forest. For an introduction, enroll your children in one of the Laurentians’ cross-country ski schools. The activity and equipment rentals are free at Parc national d’Oka and at Parc national du Mont-Tremblant for children under the age of 18.

Experience a thrilling adventure, even in the middle of winter! Explore winter by fatbike!

With your older children, try the experience of winter biking and discover the joys of winter from a new angle. Reserve in advance at Parc National d’Oka to access trails in the heart of nature or at Espresso Sports in Sainte-Adèle, near the P’tit Train du Nord. For a guided fatbike or e-fatbike tour, make a reservation at D-Tour in Mont-Tremblant. Finally, in the same sector, rent your bike at Expérience SK. No experience needed; fun guaranteed!
