Mini-Chevaux – Mirabel
Mini-Chevaux Mirabel is a miniature horse and agritourism farm. From February 26 to March 2, 2018, and from March 5 to 9, 2018, they will be offering a unique day camp! Children will work with several horses during the day and participate in stable maintenance. From 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; 1/2 camp from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Paintball Mirabel – Mirabel
For spring break, the event management staff at Paintball Mirabel have prepared the biggest winter battles for you: The 2018 Siberia Challenge. With 100 participants, you must try to complete the missions assigned by your general in the combat zones. Average length: 4 to 8 hours.
Tremblant Resort – Mont-Tremblant
During the break, Tremblant is brimming with activities specially organized for family vacations. Tremblant Snow School offers a variety of programs for skiers and snowboarders. In the village, the whole family will have a blast with crazy games and a Saturday night disco. From March 3 to 11, 2018, entertainment and activities specially organized for school breaks.
Glissades des Pays d’en Haut – Piedmont
Are you looking for excitement? You can’t miss out on the rafting and tornado runs that attract new fans every year. Descend the snowy rapids in a raft, and you will get goosebumps when caught in the eye of the storm. In addition, come experience the unique Bobsleigh des neiges, 3 runs with turns of over half a kilometre each. New feature for winter 2018: The Vortex360 with 3 new runs. Bonheurs d’hiver – Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts
Join us from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Place Lagny in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts every weekend until March 11, 2018. On the menu: walking path on lac des Sables (open daily), sledding, a zipline and more. From March 5 to 9, 2018, the sledding hill will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tyroparc – Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts
Come out and discover Tyroparc’s many winter activities, such as ziplining (during the day and at night), Via Ferrata, abseiling or rappelling, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and mega-ziplines, dogsledding or experiencing their famous teepees. Kanatha-Aki Nature Center – Val-des-Lacs
The Kanatha-Aki Nature Center awaits you during spring break! On the program: visiting the wood bison reserve, dogsledding and visiting the kennel, snowshoeing, fishing, ziplining, experiencing indigenous culture and nature, and learning wilderness survival skills.
The Ferme Duquette – Val-David
Come on out for a sleigh ride! This winter, Ferme Duquette enables you to reconnect with the lifestyle of settlers in the olden days with wonderful traditional sleigh rides. Day and night, the antique sleds—the oldest is at least 80 years old—glide along to the sound of jingling bells on a network of private lanes that crisscross the family land without ever encountering public roads. Visitors feel like they have stepped back in time. The rates are $18 per person and $10 for children 9 years and under. Admission is free for children 4 years and under.
Ranch La douceur – Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts
For spring break, Ranch La douceur is offering an equestrian day camp for children ages 6 to 17 from March 5 to 9, 2018.
Put on your cross-country skis, snowshoes or skates and come enjoy the beautiful winter landscapes. Hiking and nature interpretation are great ways to experience the beauty of nature. You can also sleep in a hut.
Parc national d’Oka – Oka
The Parc National d’Oka invites you to take part in activities for the whole family during spring break! On the menu: snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, fatbiking, hiking and much more! Join a family hike with snowshoes to the Calvaire on the evenings of March 3 and 8, 2018, accompanied by a park ranger naturalist. At the top, there will be a tasting of regional products. Snowshoe rental is available on site. Equipment rental is free for everyone 17 years and under.
Parc du Domaine Vert – Mirabel
For spring break, the Parc du Domaine Vert is once again offering a spring break camp with an out-of-the ordinary theme. Come and have fun from March 5 to 9 with the theme “The rescue of the abominable snow man.” Challenges and fun await! Cost: $160 for the week, including childcare service. Also available: hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, trails for fatbiking, a one-kilometre ice skating ring in the forest and a sledding hill. Equipment rental available on site. Hours: Monday to Sunday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This regional park is one of the most beautiful forest parks in Quebec. In winter, you can skate on the brand-new ice trail or the large skating rink, or go ski touring, snowshoeing, hiking or sledding. Four-season huts are also available. Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parc régional de la Rivière du Nord – Saint-Jérôme
Long live spring break! An action-packed week will take place at the parc régional de la Rivière-du-Nord from March 5 to 9, 2018. On the program: Entertaining games and storytelling, inflatable games, bubble soccer and more!
Défis-Défis – Blainville
Inspired by the television show Fort Boyard, you can take on 12 challenges until time runs out. The games are accessible to players ages 5 to 75 years. The Farfadet du Nord, Board-Game Café – Saint-Jérôme
A café and board game shop in Saint-Jérôme, the Farfadet du Nord offers hundreds of games. For only $6, everyone can choose his or her favourite board game or get advice from energetic, playful facilitators. All this and a unique magical atmosphere with the enchanting aroma of coffee. Open Wednesday through Friday after 5:00 p.m. and after 1:00 p.m. on weekends.
