Utterly new!

Just 45 minutes from Montreal, the Laurentians offer visitors an array of magnificent landscapes to discover. The region’s inspiring surroundings and bustling villages make it the perfect destination for a successful business trip. And here’s the proof.

Manoir Saint-Sauveur

This imposing, colourful beast stands guard at the entrance of M Steak Moderne, the Manoir Saint-Sauveur’s brand-new restaurant. The recently opened 70-seat steak house offers contemporary, elegant decor as well as a menu featuring premier quality meat and fish. House specialties include 1855 Black Angus beef (aged 30 to 365 days), carpaccio (seared beef and smoked salmon), and tartar (beef, truffled salmon, and bigeye tuna).

The M Steak Moderne is the latest of several investments totalling $13 million. Last year, the Manoir completely redesigned its main dining room. Now dubbed La Tablée, the 120-seat restaurant’s refined, friendly atmosphere welcomes guests as they enjoy a culinary experience filled with typical Italian and Mediterranean flavours. A variety of pizzas and other dishes cooked in a wood-fired oven will delight guests of all ages.

The Manoir Saint-Sauveur offers two other gourmet spaces in addition to its restaurants and banquet halls, each with a distinct ambiance. With its rustic-chic décor and mouth-watering bistro menu, Le Boudoir Bar Lounge (100 seats) is the perfect place to satisfy your hunger or enjoy a drink. In summer and when the weather permits, the covered outdoor terrace is just the thing for lunch or cocktails.

Fairmont Tremblant

To celebrate its 20th birthday, Fairmont Tremblant is reinventing its restaurant offering to become THE culinary destination in the Tremblant region. Four new restaurants, including the sublime Choux Gras brasserie, were the result of a $6 million investment.

Each of Fairmont Tremblant’s four new culinary destinations offers a distinct identity and character while cultivating a sophisticated, welcoming atmosphere.

Choux Gras Brasserie Culinaire

The star of Fairmont Tremblant’s new restaurant offering and unique in the region, the Choux Gras is a culinary brasserie modelled after Montreal’s best brasseries. The Choux Gras’s menu offers a careful combination of traditional dishes and generous portions that are perfect for sharing, like torchon-style foie gras, organic chicken from the Voltigeurs Farm, and homemade pies. Every night, the Choux Gras delights, comforts, and satisfies customers who are already looking forward to their next visit!

Axe Lounge Bar

Although it’s only been open for a few weeks, Axe Lounge Bar has already become a preferred choice for a pre-dinner drink or to satisfy a craving after an active, activity-filled day. The Axe Lounge Bar’s impressive new main bar and the fireplace it shares with the hotel’s bustling lobby set the tone for this inviting, vibrant meeting spot, already a favourite among guests.

Le Comptoir Cuisine du Marché

Le Comptoir offers buffet-style market cuisine. Abundance and freshness are the watchwords of this recently revamped restaurant where guests feel right at home. On the weekend, the restaurant offers friendly brunch with generous themed buffets in the evenings, such as its Italian buffet on Friday nights and surf ‘n’ turf on Saturday evenings.

Ricochet Café & Terrasse

A stone’s throw from the ski slopes and the hotel’s renowned terraces and pools, this self-serve restaurant is charming, lively, and practical all year round.

Moment Spa Fairmont Tremblant : investments valued at more than $650,000

Thanks to its design and elegance, Moment Spa Fairmont Tremblant has become the perfect complement to the exceptional, distinctive experience Mont-Tremblant has to offer. Over the last two years, the hotel has invested over $2.6 million to maintain the quality of its offering.

Spread out across a 13.5-acre estate, this Scandinavian-style hotel with a log cabin façade is bordered by Lake Ouimet, and its beach is surrounded by hiking and cross-country skiing trails, several golf courses, and two downhill ski slopes, Mont-Tremblant and Mont Blanc.

Mont Gabriel Resort & Spa

To celebrate its 80th birthday and pay tribute to its history, Mont Gabriel Resort & Spa has renovated the original section of the hotel! Hôtel du Lac Carling

The Carling Lake Hotel reopened in November 2016. The hotel has 95 spacious, comfortable rooms, many of which have been totally renovated. And of course, the brand-new Grand Hall des Laurentides! This 14,000-sq. ft. space, with its cathedral ceiling and removable panel system that can be used to divide the hall in half, is perfect for your banquets (500 guests), corporate trade shows (60 booths), and events. From sports centre to event centre, the Grand Hall des Laurentides is now equipped with a new air conditioning system, drop-off area, and totally renovated washrooms. A tapestry and tiling give the hall its distinctive look.
