Chemin du Terroir
The Chemin du Terroir is a 226-kilometre official tourist route that winds its way through rural areas in the Lower Laurentians and Argenteuil. Along the way, agritourism takes centre stage,along with culture, heritage, and history. Discover the route year-round with single or multi-day excursions, and get a taste of the Laurentians in harvest season!
Labonté de la Pomme – Verger et miellerie in Oka
This family-owned agritourism operation invites you to come for apples, pumpkins, squash, and much more this u-pick season in September and October! There are activities for the whole family, like the small farm, beehive observation, pony rides, helicopter rides, and much more. Sumptuous gastronomic menus are also available, including the likes of picnic baskets, brunch at the cabane à pomme, and the bistro menu. Centre d’interprétation de la courge du Québec in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac
Come and pick pumpkins and squash with your family at the Centre d’interprétation de la Courge du Québec! The boutique also sells wines and beers from the Vignoble & Microbrasserie Les Vents d’Ange. The boutique is open until 5:00 p.m. Le Petit Bistro (outdoor counter) sells snacks such as squash chips and potage in a glass Friday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Jacks band will perform every Sunday from noon to 4:00 p.m. until October 18. The fields can also be accessed for free from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
La Magie de la Pomme and Bistro La Dent Sucrée in Saint-Eustache
This fall, come and meet Princess Api in her magical castle at La Magie de la Pomme! On the agenda: apple, squash, and pumpkin picking; pastries; tractor rides; and miniature farm. Don’t forget the legendary apple fritters and the multiple ciders! Pumpkin and squash picking starts September 19. The game and picnic areas are open. Open Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Domaine Lafrance in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac
Apple picking kicks off at Vergers Lafrance! From early September to mid-October, a plethora of activities is available to make your outing perfect. On the agenda: boutique, pastries, bistro, miniature farm, and game parks. Product tastings are available upon reservation. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Les Jacks band will perform next Saturday, September 19 and 26, and October 3, 10, and 12 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Tarterie du verger des musiques in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac
Discover the Tarterie du verger des musiques! Come and get your hands on a variety of sugar and fruit tarts, apple bread, apple-oat cakes, homemade fruit cakes, tourtières, and much more! Open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Verger Cueillette 640 in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac
Located in the heart of the agritourism region of the Lower Laurentians, come and enjoy the outdoors and take a breath of fresh air in a spellbinding scenery! A dozen or so varieties of apples are available for u-pick. On the agenda: tractor rides, miniature farm, and picnic tables. Get pressed artisanal apple juice or even deliciously warm apple fritters on site. Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cidrerie Lacroix in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac
At Cidrerie Lacroix in the Laurentians, the apple-themed fun lasts all day! Come and pick your apples from the orchard and discover the ciders in the boutique: fire ciders, ice ciders, and sparkling ciders. Several of them are renowned in Quebec and worldwide for their unique taste. Make the most of your outing to reserve your spot at the brand-new gourmet market store De la ferme à la table with a seasonal menu that always showcases products from the orchard or from local suppliers! Open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Verger Richard Legault in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac
Come and pick several varieties of apple at Verger Richard Legault! On the agenda: miniature farm, picnic area, and tractor ride (for a fee, limited availability). And you can find home-cooked meals, local products, and gift baskets for every occasion in the boutique. This year, lunchboxes to devour on site will be offered. Pets on a leash are welcome!
Au gré des saisons in Oka
In a charming natural environment, at the foot of an orchard with a view of a small lake, lies a magical destination for nature lovers. Come and enjoy the new fall brunch and u-pick combo! A delicious potage, a pizza topped with regional products, and a delicious apple crumble! After the meal, each family will receive a bag to go apple picking. The brunch and u-pick combo is available on select dates only. Reservations required.
