Events
Water Lantern Festival at Parc national d’Oka
In this brand-new festival, participants write a wish on a lantern, which they then release onto the water of Lac des Deux Montagnes. Stay for a bit and behold the reflections of over 1,000 lanterns in the water. Plus, food trucks lined up along the beach for the occasion and animated activities are sure to make the evening a memorable one. Join us this 28 September, from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The colours of Argenteuil en Blues in Gore
On 4 and 5 October 2019, Argenteuil festival invites you to Parc municipal de Gore, at the heart of nature, to discover local, regional, national, and international blues. Get ready for two days of exceptional music in a spellbinding location! Friday from 7:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Oktobierfest at Place des citoyens de Sainte-Adèle
The 11th edition of the ultimate brewing event in the Laurentians will take place from 4 to 6 October. Visit 23 beer stands, rides, and game booths from Beauce Carnaval, as well as the Food Truck Zone.
Festival d’automne in Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard
On 5 and 6 October, hop on the chairlift and behold the beauty of Mont Avalanche in Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard and its fall colours during the Festival des couleurs. Throughout the weekend, all kinds of fun activities are planned for families, hikers, creatives, curious souls, and adventures alike.
Saint-Sauveur Country-Style Weekend
From 12 to 14 October, Saint-Sauveur is host to its Country-Style Weekend, with three days of free country concerts at Parc Georges-Filion in Saint-Sauveur. The biggest names in Quebec country will be there. A dance floor for line dancing will also be installed especially for the occasion directly in front of the Rona Dagenais stage. Fall Concerts at Tremblant Resort
With its natural amphitheatre and breathtaking decor, Place Saint-Bernard is the perfect place to cozy up and enjoy a variety of musical styles. Until 13 October, Saturdays and Sundays from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. It’s free!
Fête de la pomme, du fromage et de l’histoire at Calvaire d’Oka
Follow the circuit to discover the history of a road of crosses dating back over 270 years and discover the bas-relief carvings on display at the oratories and chapels along the way. Meanwhile, taste some of the renowned Oka cheese and local apples. A park ranger and nature expert will be on site to answer your questions. Apple-based products will be sold at the trailhead by the park’s food services. This 13 October, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Festival Coul-Couleurs in Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré
Until 14 October, something is happening every weekend at Parc Éco-Laurentides. Take part in interpretation activities by trail or rabaska with Gabriel, forest inventory specialist. Or, spin the wheel to win a surprise! Starting at 10 a.m.
F.U.N. Fest at Sommet Saint-Sauveur
Until 27 October, admire the region’s blazing colours from the top of the mountain. Take the chairlift to the top for a colourful hike of the mountain. Parc F.U.N. offers a series of special activities: exotic animal workshops, petting zoo and pony rides, live music, and pumpkin decorating. Full schedule online.
Festival des couleurs at Sommet Morin Heights
This fall until 27 October, Sommet Morin Heights invites you to take part in outdoor activities in the fall colours. Admire the beautiful Laurentian landscapes in the fall! On the program: Soleil lift, beach volleyball court, and Acro-Nature. Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., except for 12, 13, and 14 October from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Aventures Plein Air in Saint-Hippolyte
Another great way to make the most of the colours is by reserving your spot for a guided ATV hike! For the past 15 years, Aventures Plein Air, located on the shores of Morency Lake, has organized a variety of activities and packages to fully immerse visitors in the Laurentian outdoors. Open year-round.
Acro-Nature at Sommet Morin Heights
This tree-to-tree adventure in the heart of the Laurentian forest is nothing short of memorable in the fall. Four courses and an Ultimate Zone offer a total of 73 obstacles and 29 ziplines to satisfy even the most athletic souls. Acro-Nature also has a course designed specifically for youth aged 6 and up. Admission includes access to the mini-putt course and the picnic area. Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Open until 27 October
Frisbee golf activity at Centre de ski Vallée Bleue in Val-David
For a successful fall outing with the family, try frisbee golf or disc golf and hiking on the mountain! The game is played like traditional golf, but players have to land a disc in a basket, rather than a ball in a hole. The course lasts approximately 2 hours. Until 2 November, Thursday to Monday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Croisière Alouette in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts
Take a cruise on Lac des Sables and see the incredible fall colours through a whole new lens. Plus, learn more about the history of the region. The 50-minute commented cruise costs $25 for adults and $10 for children aged 6 to 17 until 27 October.
Tyroparc in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts
Make the most of Tyroparc’s various packages offered year-round like La Classique, including the 4 mega-ziplines and hiking for $70 per adult and $55 for youth aged 5 to 15. Soar 115 m above ground over a distance of 2.6 m thanks to the impressive mega-ziplines (the highest aerial course in Canada), or take the via ferrata and climb through the heart of the Laurentians.
Air Panorama in Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré
Take an ultralight introductory flight with Air Panorama and get ready to be amazed by the view of the Laurentians from the air! Air Panorama is also a pilot school located in the heart of nature. Every day until October, from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Ziptrek in Tremblant
Ziptrek Tremblant offers a spectacular five-zipline course that lets you soar from the top of Mont Tremblant to the pedestrian village. Two of the five ziplines are over 1 km in length. Tackle them in pairs, side-by-side, for an even more exciting experience. With a spectacular view and a hike during the activity, it’s an excellent way to see the colours this fall. Héli-Tremblant – Mont-Tremblant
Héli-Tremblant, a helicopter rental service, offers panoramic flights over the region that will take your breath away. Several packages available, including a stop at the top of a mountain with a spectacular view. Flights with commentary in French or in English. Open daily year-round!
Croisière Mont-Tremblant
Croisières Mont-Tremblant invites you to discover breathtaking landscapes in a magical setting provided by the Laurentian mountains. Make the most of the magnificent surroundings and quiet of the lake during the 60-minute cruise, or book the Grand Manitou II for a private departure. Daily departures until 20 October at 2 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.
Skyline Luge
Take the chairlift to the top of the run overlooking Tremblant Resort and its surroundings. Then, hop in your luge and feel the euphoria set in as you descend through the magnificent Laurentian forest. An unforgettable family experience with thrills for both young and old. Make yourself comfortable in the gondola and enjoy the view for the few minutes it takes to reach the top of Mont Tremblant! With the Laurentians clad in their fall colours, the view of Tremblant Lake and the surrounding valleys is nothing short of remarkable. Every day until 20 October.

Apple season brunch at Au Gré des Saisons in Oka
Until 13 October, make the most of brunch during apple season on Sundays. Get a bonus bag of apples per family of 3 people minimum. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. $21.95 for adults and $10 for children aged 4 to 12 plus taxes and tip.
Gourmet brunch at Oka Apple Shack
The Apple Shack’s gourmet Quebec brunches are offered some Saturdays and Sundays until this 27 October. Treat yourself to the Demi-Étagé Campagnard, the chef’s gourmet creation. Take part in on-site activities: local products store, petting zoo, beehive observation, tractor rides, corn maze, and more! Fall brunches and lunches at Rivière du Chêne Winery
Fall brunches and lunches are back for a 3rd edition at Rivière du Chêne Winery every Sunday in October and November, starting 29 September. In a magical harvest setting, discover the new menu for our gourmet fall event, which showcases local flavours and seasonal products. Choose from the à la carte brunch menu or table d’hôte lunch menu.

Take part in the harvest at Rivière du Chêne Winery! The event is free; reservations required. Harvest dates: 21, 22, 28 and 29 September and 5, 6, 12, 13, and 14 October, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., including lunch service, wine tasting, and a door prize.
La Navette Gourmande
Discover the gems of the Chemin du Terroir in the Laurentians, pick your own fruits and vegetables, savour local alcohols and products, and take part in a variety of activities.
