Brunch at Au Gré des Saisons

Brunch on Au Gré des Saisons’ wonderful patio is available Saturdays and Sundays, June through August. Three-course breakfast: an entrée featuring a variety of pâtés, cheeses, and breads, a main dish featuring a curd-cheese omelet and a trio of meats, and a dessert plate featuring fresh fruit, a homestyle doughnut, and apple pancakes. By reservation only, space is limited.

Foodie picnic at Labonté de la Pomme – Verger et Miellerie

The Pique-nique épicurien d’la Cabane box contains all the necessary ingredients for a successful meal: trout filet and duck leg confit duo, ham and sausages from the Cabane, Oka cheese, apple sparkling water, and much more! Pescatarian, light lunch, and hiking lunch options are also available. Bring your blanket to picnic on site! Picnic season runs from May through late October, reservations required.

Picnic boxes and wood-fired pizza at La Bullerie

Certain sections of the vineyard have been developed specifically to accommodate picnic areas, where visitors can enjoy the landscapes and rustic scenery of Saint-Joseph-du-Lac while devouring a picnic box specially created by the chefs. It’s a unique and friendly culinary experience accessible to all. Everything is made from delicious local products and comes with a bottle of sparkling wine. There’s also a children’s menu and delicious wood-fired pizza! Available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday throughout the summer, reservations required.

Gourmet restaurant and BBQ at Cidrerie Lacroix

This “Farm to the table” offer mainly features products from the orchard! Cidrerie Lacroix also works with local producers to develop seasonal menus where freshness is guaranteed! Meet in our facilities for a glass of cider or even dinner with friends! Choose from the à la carte, table d’hôte, and beverage menus. All products used come from local producers and suppliers, grown and produced with care. The gourmet restaurant is open Thursday through Saturday, reservations required. Alternatively, there is a non-reservation BBQ service on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with picnic tables for you to use on a first come, first served basis.

Bistro menu and gourmet platter at Rivière du Chêne Winery

Gourmet platters are back at Rivière du Chêne Winery on June 25, 26, and 27, 2021, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for their soft opening! The bistro will officially open on July 2, and the gourmet platters and lunch and dinner bistro menu will be back on the menu Wednesday through Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Brunch resumes July 3, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Look out for the menu reveal soon! 

Signature Les Passionés tasting menu

At the Les Passionés inn’s restaurant, enjoy a prized cuisine in a relaxing atmosphere, with your meal served on the covered patio next to the river and wildflower gardens, in the dining room, or in the private lounge with a fireplace. The menu is regularly renewed and centers local and seasonal products. Try the six-course tasting menu and privately imported wines for an exceptional food and wine pairing.

The bistro at Maison Lavande

Come and visit Maison Lavande starting June 24 for the grand opening of the fields and the bistro! Discover a lavender-focused menu with treats like lemonade, iced coffee, scones (with a vegan option), and lavender frozen yogurt! Make the most of the occasion to discover the food products sold at the shop.

Food products at the Route des Gerbes d’Angelica

Discover the magnificent gardens of the Route des Gerbes d’Angelica and their delicious food products! Admire the spectacular view of the gardens alongside a meal of grilled piri piri chicken or a sandwich from the bistro. For dessert, try the brand-new homestyle artisanal ice cream or the gelato, sorbet, and other products flavoured with edible flowers, herbs, and berries from the garden! Or, stop at the shop for a wide array of gourmet products to take back home.

Traditional Quebec cuisine at La Belle Histoire restaurant

Located in the same building as the 2014 Bistro à Champlain, La Belle Histoire is the tale of two young restauranteurs: Sophie Allaire, experienced sommelier, and Étienne Demers, head chef with a passion for catering, wine, gastronomy, Quebec foods and traditional cuisine. On the menu: a reinvigorated culinary experience, market cuisine, dishes that vary with the seasons, and local products. See the menu here!

Chef Éric Gonzales’ signature menu at Stonehaven Le Manoir

Headed by Chef Éric Gonzales, the restaurant offers a menu that combines French cuisine classics and fresh dishes. Awarded his first Michelin star at 27 years old, Éric is a member of the prestigious Maîtres Cuisiniers de France association and creates dishes that are as aesthetically pleasing as they are tasty, served in the elegant English-inspired dining room, on the well-lit veranda with a view of the Lac des Sables, or on the patio next to the gardens. Reserve your table.

Ice cream at ChocoStyle

On Route 117 north in Saint-Faustin-Lac-Carré, the largest chocolate manufacturer in the Laurentians invites you to discover its chocolate ganache-infused cones, delicious fine chocolates, eclectic creations, snack bar, and family activities like tours, classes, and workshops. Accessible by bike via the P’tit Train du Nord. 100% created in Quebec!

sEb l’Artisan Culinaire food truck

In Mont-Tremblant for summer 2021, come for the street food experience at the corner of De Saint-Jovite and Bisson streets. With a cuisine that revisits fast food classics, naturally adding a touch of sEb’s culinary genius, the Caravane offers “on the go” dishes that your taste buds will love! La Caravane de sEb is also available for private events. Pollen & Nectar Canteen at Miels d’Anicet

Active June through August, the Pollen & Nectar Canteen at Miels d’Anicet invites you to discover a honey-infused seasonal cuisine in the beautifully decorated outdoor building with an incredible view of Montagne du Diable.
