The Laurentians are a vast region parsed with forests, lakes, mountains, and phenomenal landscapes to discover, not to mention several must-see attractions like Diable mountain; Windigo, César, and Serpent falls; Baskatong, Kiamika, Poisson Blanc reservoirs, and much more. The high popularity of ATVing in the region has resulted in the creation of seven local clubs whose passionate members strive to develop the trails in harmony with nature.

The network of over 1,527 km of trails in the winter and 1,690 trails in the summer includes nearly 1,000 tracked and maintained trails within The Quad Roads’ tourist network, while the unparalleled lodging options feature innkeepers and outfitters who can’t wait to host you.
Lower Laurentians circuit—Winter
Cover a total of 73 km in the most scenic places in the Lower Laurentians. Starting in Mirabel and passing by Saint-Joseph-du-Lac, enjoy a day in the outdoors in a wonderful farming region. If you like, take a break at the hut in Saint-Augustin. Once your activity is complete, come and discover local products at Domaine Lafrance, Cidrerie Lacroix, or La Bullerie in Saint-Joseph-du-Lac. Their excellent drinks menu is perfect for an evening aperitif!
Des Plaines circuit—Winter
Start the circuit in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines for a total of 64 km of trails. This circuit is a loop that goes through Sainte-Sophie and Saint-Lin-Laurentides. Note that several huts are open for visitors to warm up on their trip, like the Sainte-Anne, Les copains, or La-Plaine hut, for a well-deserved break.
Vallée de la Rouge and Station circuit—Year-round
Head out for adventure on a long, 138-km circuit in a loop from Labelle, stopping by Rivière-Rouge and La Minerve, to discover our beautiful heritage train stations. There are several places to rest throughout along the way: Lac Sapin, Lac Violon, Lac Chaud huts, or the 5 étoiles and Altitude 420 huts. To get closer to nature during your break, stop at the Lac de la Sucrerie viewpoint and take in the extraordinary scenery. If you’re so inclined, visit the Musée ferroviaire de la gare de Labelle to discover the history of the P’tit Train du Nord and the municipality of Labelle. You can also stop at L’Annonciation station in Rivière-Rouge to visit the multidisciplinary exhibition hall. A lovely day featuring both adventure and history!
Tour of Diable Mountain circuit—Year-round
The Upper Laurentians are an ATVing paradise, with nearly 2,000 km of trails in the region alone. Explore incredible trails in untouched landscapes with breathtaking viewpoints of this loop from Mont-Laurier. At the top, discover the Relais de la Montagne du Diable.
Discovery circuit—Year-round
Head out for a superb 79-km ride. Loop departing from Notre-Dame-du-Laus that takes you through landscapes made up of lakes, forests, and the Réserve faunique de Papineau-Labelle. Expect to pass the Wabassee hut to the south and Lebrun hut to the north. Take a quick moment to stop at the magnificent viewpoint from the trail and take the time to feel the nature surrounding you.
